CMOC Brasil ensures that data holders will have the right to the protection of personal data, through transparent and secure practices, guaranteeing fundamental rights described in the Brazilian law no 13.709/18.

CMOC Brasil establishes its Privacy Statement, as part of its corporate management system and its CMOC Brasil Privacy and Data Protection Policy, in accordance with the requirements of Brazilian legislation, in addition to good practices and internationally accepted standards, with the objective of ensuring adequate levels of protection for personal data handled by the organization.  

In our CMOC Privacy and Data Protection Policy are defined criteria for risk assessment in data processing, impacts, incident response plan, form of redress, accountability and disciplinary and financial sanctions. It defines and assures the data holders of our commitment to the rigorous processing of personal and sensitive data in compliance with the General Law on Personal Data Protection (LGPD), No. 13.709 of August 2018.

Know your rights as owner of personal data
BASED ON ARTICLE 17 OF THE LAW N 13.709/18, THE PERSONAL DATA HOLDER HAS THE RIGHT TO OBTAIN FROM CMOC BRASIL, AT ANY TIME AND ON REQUEST, THE DATA SENT TO THE COMPANY.

Access to your personal data and confirmation of their processing

Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data

Revocation of consent, according to the law of this Law

Information on the possibility of not providing consent and on the consequences of denial

Data portability to another service or product provider

Information from public and private entities with which the controller made shared use of data

Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or processed data not in accordance with the provisions of this Law

Filing a complaint against the data controller with the national authority, in case of non-compliance with the law

Opposition to treatment that disagrees, based on hypotheses provided by law that do not require consent

Candidates

If you are or were a candidate in a selection process, we play the role of "controller" of the collected personal data. This means that we determine how and why your data is processed. We need this information to carry out our recruitment and selection and pre-contractual activities. We will only use this information for the specific purpose for which it was provided to us.

Employees

If you are or were an employee in a selection process, we play the role of "controller" of the collected personal data. This means that we determine how and why your data is processed. We need your data to fulfill our contractual, legal, legitimate interest, health protection and other obligations, etc. We will only use this information for the purpose for which it was provided to us. 

Suppliers

If you are a supplier, you play the role of "operator" and CMOC plays the role of "controller" of the personal data collected. This means that we determine how and why your data is processed. We will demand rigor in the privacy and security of the data in our relations, including, we will formalize in our contractual obligations. The data processed may only be used for the purpose for which they are intended.

Clients

If you are or were a client in a selection process, we play the role of "controller" of the collected personal data. This means that we determine how and why your data is processed. We need this information in order to fulfill our contractual relations as well as to fulfill legal obligations. The data processed may only be used for the purpose for which they are intended.
