Relationship and Policy with Suppliers

We believe that in order to maintain our commitment to sustainable development, it is necessary to work with suppliers that are aligned with the company's values, promoting responsible activities that create environmental, economic, financial and social value.

Another relevant point is the prioritization of local suppliers with the objective of strengthening the economy and stimulating the generation of employment and income in the communities where we operate.

Our relationship with supplier companies is based on the following premises:

Health and safety of our employees and contractors;
Protection of the environment;
Compliance with legislation;
Respect for human rights;
Guarantee of safety and quality of products and services.

To ensure ethics and transparency in all commercial actions, we comply with all the guidelines contained in our Integrity Policy, which also involves the relationship with our suppliers.

INTEGRITY POLICY

To Suppliers

Aiming at continuous improvement, we are updating our supplier registration system. As a result, we will not receive new registrations from suppliers indefinitely. When necessary, the company will attract new suppliers via proactive surveys by the Purchasing team. We count on everyone's understanding, as we will not receive registrations or portfolios by email, in person or by telephone. We emphasize that CMOC Brasil suppliers are selected based on criteria that include:

Health and safety of our employees and contractors;
Environmental Protection;
Compliance with legislation;
Respect for human rights;
Guarantee of safety and quality of products and services.
